One of the directions of the company "AkKoLab" is the creation of the electronic components of microchips by means of ink jet printing (NanoInk - Jet Printing Technology). The main purpose of this direction is ink jet printing of microelements, electronic chips, batteries, and RFID (Radio Frequency IDentification) tags, and micro-supercapacitors. We have debugged nanoinks synthesis methods based on metal, semiconductor nanoparticles, carbon nanostructures (graphene) which are characterized by high conductivity, stability and low temperature sintering. Printing is applied to almost any surface (including flexible) up to several micrometers and at printed microelements dimensions of 20×20×3 mm and above.

Combination of nanoinks (with conductor, semiconductor and insulator properties) with modern printing platforms (inkjet, engraving, etc.) can significantly reduce the cost of the electronic products, increase the efficiency of their production, create flexible devices with improved performance, increased reliability and environmental safety.

NanoInk - Jet Printing Technology is markedly different from the technologies now widely used in the production of electronic devices (photolithography, etc.) due to its low cost and ability to print on almost any substrate (plastic, paper, film, etc.), and the substrate doesn’t undergo significant changes during the printing process. Thereby, this technology allows creating flexible, transparent electronic devices at relatively low cost.

The final products of the NanoInk - Jet Printing Technology are rechargeable batteries, capacitors, thin film transistors, memory cells, OLED and LCD displays, sensors, RFID antenna, photodetectors, capacitors, solar panels, connecting elements in the chips, holograms, etc.
